Normani just did this and this is actually what put her on my radar. Now she has a top 10 on billboard.  Tinashe needs this kinda exposure and this is perfect for her because she is a dancer so she SHOULD excel. PLUS we get to see who she is as a person.  I feel like i know nothing about her or her personality.  This is a good decision imo
