Some on prep don?t think about other STDs like syphillis and hpv and all that. So they end up with everything but HIV. And that?s not everyone on prep because some are still responsible yet a good number aren?t. I stick with condoms always. At least until I end up in a committed relationship.. and we gotta get tested together before hand.
