They started this a few years ago in some of the metro ATL counties. They cut off over 6000 ppl last year and plan to cut off more. The new requirements where I live is work part time, vocational training or voluntary work.

I agree with the new requirements which mostly targeted single households with no children. A lot of ppl have been complaining because single individuals now can only get stamps for 4 months

I know a lot of business are messing up the program because of fraud. A lot of business allow you to use your card to buy gas, cigarettes and other mess

I think it's fabulous. There are definitely people who abuse the system and take it as a joke.

This will make them think twice about taking it all as a free ride - whether they're White, Black , Yellow or Orange.

And will introduce a lot more people to the workforce. I feel bad for those who are raised in environments where unemployment and government dependence is accepted as normal.

Last year they cut EVERY body stamps off for a few days hoes were UPSET

i also think they should stop allowing them to buy all that foolishness for kids

They cut my shit off too. Talking bout "I make too much". I work in retail so I can't wait until sales drop in January and hours get cut. I'm going right back to Susan's office.
