It?s not working on my laptop, and had to turn the WiFi off for it to work on my phone

It's just a DNS cache thing.

Give it like 24-48 hours, it'll auto-refresh and you'll be good. You don't need to do anything but if you wanna see if you can get it back working more quickly, try clearing your cache + cookies on each browser and it should give your browser a little "poke" to let it know the site is working again now, instead of it waiting for the signal to come automatically.

It can work the same with connections too, so if you reset your wifi router it may have the same effect. So you'll be able to browse with your wifi
