Times must be hard.

There's only so much the whore can get, considering that the song wasn't/isn't for sale.

She said NO point blank

BUT

She aint getting a coin bc it wasn't used for profit

n

It was played on the fucking radio for fucks sake. She profited from the song. Profit isn't measured by strictly financial benefit :uhh:

To the people saying "the song wasn't played therefore what revenue could she possibly get...UMMM...

On August 11, Funkmaster Flex premiered Nicki?s ?Sorry,? which has since been removed, although leaks and rips are available to hear.

Nicki and her team should be smarter than that. They needed to wait for clearance before giving the song to ANYONE. It was played on the air and then became available for all and sundry to stream and download. Sis is gonna get paid...

She Shouldn't be able to sue Nicki though ... she didn't hit play on the song and play it on the radio.  Funk did.

That's like saying you used my gun to kill someone and I should go to jail cause it's my gun.  Nah nigga you pulled the trigger bitch

How did Funk get the song? Did he hack into her and her team's computer to get it? Your logic doesn't hold up. And if you kill someone using someone else's gun and the gun used to kill the person was an illegal one, barring you STEALING it, that person could be charged as an accessory to the murder as well. So your logic STILL doesn't hold up.

It holds up because if I sent you the song to hear it and listen to it that means that's it.  I didn't say play it on the radio.

Just like if I ler you borrow my gun to go shooting in the forest to kill deer and you go and kill a person instead ... that's on you not me sis

I also never said the gun was illegal everything is legit as it was when Nicki sent flex the song to "listen to" not play on the air ...

Intent is irrelevant. She distributed the song and is liable in law.

Proof that she herself distributed it? :ATLcameo:

Irrelevant as well. As the artist that RECORDED the song she's supposed to exercise due care and diligence to ensure that the song doesn't see the light of day until all the necessary licenses and approvals were given. She could be faulted for negligence, even if she's claiming she didn't send it to the DJ. And it would be easy enough to ascertain how he got the song anyhow :nogrammynoneck:

Kalifornia.

I'm sure Tracy & her team have plenty of receipts lolz

4 fucking k

Not getting sued for an unreleased track omf
