I don?t see her confidence dwindling during this era anyway

Not with her writing all over the album. There seems to be a clear vision for what this is, not like she?ll be out there on some Normani try hard mess

Normani is naturally a performer and has great potential to me. She just needs to work diligently at honing her own AESTHETIC. We've all seen girls in the past perform and try to give Bey and it looks a complete talent show/karaoke fool. But it sounds like Frank, Chris, Anthony, JaQuel will be working diligently with Brandy so that she follows along the lines of those 20th century performers who were triple and quadruple threats hence her being a recording artist, an alumni of Broadway and a staple in television.

I disagree. She?s naturally a great mover. She works hard. I witnessed her work in Chicago. Fosse isn?t easy to master. Why not inspire your live performances with multiple theatrical elements.

Im all for her learning ballet because I think her natural movements tend to be stiff. However, I?m not interested in a bells and whistles stage persona and that?s what they be trying to give her. Some light choreo for a video is nice but that?s about it for me.

I just want fresh eyes on her stage set. Less is more IMO. A heavy focus on an artsy setup would impress me more than her and six back up dancers doing R&B broadway. Idk, just gimme some couture, a live band, real backgrounds, and a mean vocal and I?m good.

Yeah @ the last para especially. I'd pefer a live band n a more stripped down set with more live singing. All that choreo just means more pre-recorded vocals.

Brandy doesn?t even believe in herself as a dancer and the lack of confidence shows. She is such an incredible vocalist and that is all she should rely on.

The dancing was cute when she was a teen, but she needs to stop using it as a crutch for her performances and focus on being a vocalist that can command the stage without choreography.

Let this girl dance! It was refreshing to see her hungry during the 2/11 era and kill her choreo. I?m sure she ain?t giving ballet on stage or in visuals but it will improve tremendously her technique, I think that?s the goal Frank wants for her.

Now Frank needs to let Jacquel and Chris take over this era and just direct and not be apart of the creative process and I?m fine.

That?s what I mainly want b/c they will give her fresh and young ideas as creative directors. I?m sure Frank wants to oversee everything thou smh
