But meh. I knew Katy had racist tendencies from the time I saw her in cornrows rolling her neck in that "This Is How We Do" vidya , but that didn't stop me from jamming to some of her music.

Granted, she never came out and said anything about Black people but, I was definitely offended and wasn't willing to give up her iconic bops in the name of activism.
