A) Most White people don't live in Black neighborhoods

B) She'd be saying her association with a Black person gives her some sort of pass, not the fact that she grew up in the hood.

C) Many Hispanics from the islands are mixed race - varying degrees of mixture from enslaved Africans, Europeans and Taino Indians that once inhabited the land, with some even leaning strongly toward "Black". Not White like Becky, or even White like Spaniards from the actual country of Spain.

4:49 PM PT -- Tekashi has been denied bail for now and will remain in custody pending trial. His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, proposed Tekashi be released if he paid the court $750k, surrendered his passport and remain on house arrest, suggesting that he wouldn't be a flight risk under those terms. Lazzaro's request was shot down ... but he plans to file an appeal with the judge Tuesday.
