I remember a few years back, I was riding home with my family from a family outing, and we heard somebody screaming.

It was a beggar with no limbs riding in an electric wheelchair and a red cup in his cup holder, shouting obscenities at every passerby and passing car he saw. I think it's because he got little to no donations? I don't exactly remember why he was howling.
