Confessions was a good album but l swear people give it more than it needs to be given. I prefer 8701.

But when an album sells very high, people swear it?s the best one and l honestly don?t think it was his best

Well Michael was very in with the trends until Thriller.
All those singles he was releasing beforehand were run of the mill pop  teas - Rock With U, etc.

It's not uncommon for legendary artists to go with the flow for a while but have one or two albums that really set trends and carved their name in as a legend.

I'd say Confessions is Usher's Thriller.
