lets say ur out and about and u hear an incredible song and have no idea wtf it is ...  u press the button, hold it up to record for a few seconds, and it literally pulls the song up for you

its the reason Bran recorded "Magic"

You don't even have to have the app. Just ask Siri what the song is. I've never used it other than for that

Sometimes the lyrics are not audible. Also it will
have tracks whose lyrics aren't necessarily on the web.

You can also ask Sari "What song is this" or something close to that and she will tell you. Apple has Shazam build in
