Only to a Monica fan it would be matter of opinion.   Singing is a technical sport & TECHNICALLY Brandy?s voice is overall better..she also performs better & She acts better.   Looking more like facts than opinions to me.

Why would they want their projects over shadowed by a 90's rivalry? People will laugh and watch for a day or two and move on. Brandy has had enough to happen over the years that she hasn't spoke on to generate that buzz herself.
