In entertainment that's not uncommon.  There have been many sitcoms where the actors all went on a strike until everyone made a certain amount of money.  They were bitches if this is true

I know the FRIENDS cast did that.
But their AGENTS were at the helm. Plus, that happened 8-9 years into their SITCOM.

They were on strike 5 yrs into their run. By season 8 they were making almost a million per ep and seasons 9 and 10 they were making a million per ep. If y'all sticking together the powers that be can't do u any kinda way. These girls are a few seasons in and they are emmy winners now.  They deserve their raise.  These other 2 are girls bitches

There's some room for a balance here. Most definitely. I agree with you.

But you do need to realize that FRIENDS was a SMASH. Like 20-30 million viewers per episode smash. MONEY talks. It does make a difference of clout and "power".
