The show gets renewed at chunks at a time.
2-3 seasons is typically how shows like this get renewed. So if at season 5 you win an emmy and signed a contract making x amount of dollars, AT NO POINT can you be upset if your pay isn't going to go up until season 7 or 8 when a new contract can be renegotiated.

its about the bottom dollar and what the show can AFFORD to do . That kind of stuff is planned out with MUCH foresight on budget and pay to cast. They won an Emmy, cool!
Definitely a leg to stand on for a pay increase next time you go to sign that dotted line.

The girls are ALL getting raises.... that's not the issue.

The problem is Tamera and Loni have higher salaries and the other two want to be in that pay bracket, too.
