I understand why it's so hidden within black families, black people have to deal with being looked at through a magnifying glass constantly, looked at with suspicion as though we're inept, we can't look after ourselves and our families, plus we're filled with pride and want to prove our competence at all times, even if it means hiding abuse within our families, telling victims to hush up because it's normal and it happened to them when they were younger, or if they tell no one will believe them and their siblings would get taken into care then you have the evil bitches who just don't give a fuck and place the blame on the victims.

Also though I hope the blame isn't displaced to his sister because 9 times outta 10 someone in her family was raping her and taught her that behavior. They all need help (preferably in jail). A lot of folks do.
