Mon and Li weren't necessary lol. Bran tho...

Aaliyah changed the soundscape of R&B with Tim's futuristic production
!!!!!

Alicia shouldnt be there! Her music was nice but it didnt change the genre. She hasnt inspired anyone or anything.

Luther and Smokey seem super high... Lemme see their stars cause I don't see Luther eclipsing R. Kelly's legacy and impact.

Miranda

Tim changed R&B, not Li.

Li's impact was more esthetic, fashion, visual. Not musically.

Alicia accomplished a loooooooot in the 00's, compared to most R&B chicks. Multi-platinum album after multi-platinum album, hit after hit, Grammy after Grammy. Of course she's going to be on there. She made an impact.

i don't get it?.. it's not about chart performance.
maxwell, jill scott and erykah badu aren't great sellers.
