I love gene but i didn't like this like that.  I went to see him live and he gave me everything i needed but here he's approaching every song pretty much the same way.  It's also just dawning on me that he doesn't have much of strong chest voice.  This transition to falsetto everytime the song requires a bit more.......

He's an incredible singer. To be fair, Terrell be gassing his guests so I think they go on there thinking they're expected to run a lot. Anyway, I didn't watch the whole thing but he was slaying the little I did watch.

Yeah that's the problem, people equate running with sangin but knowing when to use restraint and sustain a single note is what separates the Whitney Houstons from the Terrell Show guests
