Aaliyah honestly was HERE before 2000. I would give it to her with AYTS, but in hindsight and after watching that documentary. I didn't realize or know that the industry tried to get her the fuck out of here after her debut and then she came along with One In A Million

I guess, for me, and I'm prob the only one -- I felt Aaliyah didn't get there until "Try Again" and her passing. But my experience. Doesn't make it true. It's all good.
