It's literally an 'Atlanta' clone and I loved that

Someone helping someone else become a star while having a love interest

I like the vibe of the show but it doesn't really go anywhere.And Tequan still looks like his teenage Everybody Hates Chris character, which makes it hard to view this as an adult show.

I'm not sure what it is but the show is terrible. I was watching the movie the other day and it's weird to put it up against the TV show. They could have easily gotten better writers for this. A Halle, Eddie, David, Robin, Martin cameo would have been dope as well. It's too slow.
