I agree, but Police in general hate to be made a fool of so they will do everything to make sure he receives the maximum penalty, although it?s not up to them. What he did was embarrassing, stupid and wreck less. With that said, there was no malice intent. Whatever his motives were for doing this, he?s human and like most humans we fuck up sometimes. I can?t speak for those that felt he represented them as a community, as outraged as they are, I see there point but three years in prison for this is excessive.
