There is this narrative that Bey is some weak voiced girl yet she's always compared to girls who supposedly out class her

Beyonce is a more technically skilled and trained singer who has drastically improved over the years.  She is a product of hard work and exuberant showmanship which kinda overshadows her vocal ability. I have seen a few talk about how they don't "feel" when she sings which is pretty subjective. She doesn't have the biggest voice but she can clearly GO.
