Where was all this energy when MJ was alive and able to defend these accusations? Jordan Chandler's description of Michael's penis did not match, which is why Michael was never arrested in 1993.  Everyone knows he drew a childlike drawing (not detailed at all) and said it was splotchy because Michael's skin was splotchy.  

The real tea was that he described Michael's penis as if it were circumcised, when Michael was not.  Remember how Michael cried on live TV about being embarrassed by a strip search?  That was when the police knew Jordan had never seen his penis.  Michael's autopsy confirmed he was uncircumcised.
