Guys, victims don't always admit to being abused. Sometimes it takes a while before they're comfortable with saying what happened..

d

for someone who was "sexually abused" This boy doesn't seem that affected.

He sounds damn happy to be recounting this story.

I don't care how many times you tell it, recounting your sexual abuse in detail ain't easy and this faggot is acting like he's telling a Christmas carol.

You could see and feel the hurt coming from Bert's harem of women. This damn boy is LYING

Truly innocent people don't pay people off either. If he really wanted to clear his name, he could have let evidence and court prove him innocent. Seems as though he doubts he could win...

Michael's insurance company paid settlements to make accusers go away so that Michael could keep touring.

Michael didn't want to pay anyone.  Ever.  That was why the allegations in 1993 came out in the first place.  Jordan Chandler's dad tried to blackmail Michael.  He threatened to go public with allegations if Michael didn't give him $20M.  Michael said no, so the boy's family sued him in a civil case (not cooperating with a criminal case) and the allegations were made public.  If Michael wanted to pay people off, we would have never heard of Jordie Chandler in 1993.

It's all on record.  Michael's lawyers fought for a CRIMINAL case to be tried against the first accuser so he wouldn't have to pay and could be vindicated in court.  Meaning, if he were found guilty, he would go to jail.  A judge wouldn't allow it.  Michael's team felt they had to reach a settlement because they were being forced to do a civil trial first.

By 2005, the Arvizo family tried the same strategy with the same lawyer :dead: but the California laws had changed by then to force a criminal trial before a civil one.  Probably because of Michael's case in 1993.  The Arvizos tried to get money first, but had to backpedal and cooperate with a criminal case first, which exposed their lies so they couldn't get anything. :roflmao:

Wade and Jimmy tried to get money from a dead man instead of going to police or testifying to put him in jail when they had ample opportunity to do so while Michael was alive.  Wade shopped a book but no publisher wanted it.  They wanted a settlement; got nothing.  They sued for $1.6 billion and got their case thrown out for lying.  I don't think Jimmy's case even made it to court because it's so stupid. They are appealing now and want to influence the public and possibly influence a jury to help the next phase of their appeal.

Do victims always run straight towards money instead of seeking justice against their abuser?

BTW

Michael Jackson never molested a guy named Brett Barnes -- so says Barnes himself -- and he's getting ready to sue HBO for a documentary insinuating he was sexually abused by MJ.
The upcoming documentary, "Leaving Neverland," shows Brett, and he claims it implies Jackson molested him as a boy. As for why Barnes thinks this ... Wade Robson -- one of Jackson's well-known alleged victims -- claims in the doc, Barnes "replaced him." The film then shows Michael and Brett together on tour. Thus, the insinuation.
Barnes lawyered up and threatened HBO with a lawsuit, claiming the documentary puts him in a false light and subjects him to "hatred, contempt and ridicule." Presumably, the lawyer is saying MJ supporters will target Barnes as a result of the documentary.
Barnes testified at Jackson's criminal trial in 2005 -- along with Macaulay Culkin -- that he was never sexually abused by Jackson ... and he hasn't changed his account since. Brett also tweeted about the MJ allegations in January, calling them "lies."

The only employees who said something happened were people paid by tabloids.

Oh!  Saw Michael and Macauly in the shower!

Saw Michael and Wade in the jacuzzi.

All of them were disgruntled ex-employees who were fired for one thing or another (like stealing  :supluv: ) and then ran to the tabloids to get paid 5-6 figures for stories alleging they saw something with Michael and a boy.  The tabloids were paying a lot of money for Michael stories.  Wade's family told him they had been offered many thousands to flip on him.

The defense exposed all those employees as liars on the witness stand during the 2005 trial.  You saw a kid in the shower with a grown man, did nothing, kept vacuuming or whatever you were doing, and stayed silent until a tabloid bought the story from you?   :usureuok:

Not surprisingly, no one even mentioned seeing anything with Jimmy.  He was around before the first allegations came out, so no one would have been offering money for those stories at the time.

I just don't see why these men would make all of this up.. so they can say they were molested by Michael? Wade doesn't strike me as that type..

$1.6 Billion.

Nine

They're both liars, who should be ashamed of themselves.

And that Wade gorl is on camera multiple times saying Michael never touched him. Fake ass.

Bert did it

Michael didn't.

Bert had a girl escaping from his grasp in his documentary.

I don't see no children being rescued from Michaels coffin.
