Just because someone is indicted does not mean they're guilty or have evidence. It just means that the testimony of those imposed was enough to take it to trial. They don't even share evidence at Grand Jury hearings just testimony from witnesses because it's not about proving guilt. It's about whether or not the allegations are enough to charge a person with a felony crime.

Anyway, He'll be fine. He'll walk away being acquitted.
