I saw this debate earlier and screamed

Not them dragging May' as if sis could plop up from the netherworld and clapback

jjjjjjjj I have respect so I definitely wouldn't talk to or address an elder like that. But hey, there's a brand new generation now that's EXTRA rude so different strokes.

LKNdffff

But see I'm from the south where it's pretty more second nature to do that.

I heard in places outside the US people take it as disrespect and feel like you're calling them OLD

I'm Southern and I was raised right, so yes.  I agree with her.

Lane Bryant Jumpsuit

Her calling her her name is not disrespectful just because of age difference

She turned around and called her mam which can be totally an equal disrespect given this is a young girl

Ppul just love to find reasons to feel above some one in some way

We are taught to address ppul in professiknal settings mr n ms so nso

But this is a talk show

Ur age is irrelevant

I'm sorry but she did too much here

i get it's a respect thing here. But I didn't need all that extra "I'm your mother, auntie" mess

she could have kept it at "hun it's ms Angelou to u" and kept it pushing
