Listening to music really helps me. Especially gospel music.
But the #1 thing that works well for me is being by myself and setting certain goals and strategies to accomplish. I find for me that a lot of my stresssors are things that I can control and so the ones that are avoidable, instead of hanging my head low about it, I face it. Once I do what needs to be done and avoid the things that need to be avoided, Im stress free. Drugs of any kind doesnt remove the obstacle. Only facing the stressors will. Working out helps too and as corny as it sounds, Im gonna be working on a vision board this weekend for the new quarter. This 1st quarter for me has been stress free since I committed to a quarterly vision board this yr so Im keeping that up.
