Lmaooo. Fuck y'all. The laws relating to conservatorship in the US are identical to our Caribbean laws. It's not easy to get the courts to intervene in these types of cases. A high burden has to be met, including extensive medical evaluations. It's the same to KEEP such an order in place. There are constant evaluations by doctors and social workers that have to be done and the judge will make a determination if it's necessary to keep the person under a protective order. The fact that you think it's easy or some sort of conspiracy is at play in this is kinda disturbing tbh.

As a legal officer working with the State, I wouldn't want to think that ANY state legal officer in the United States (the bastion of Constitutional freedom supposedly) would be complicit in stifling Britney Jean's rights. It just doesn't make sense to me given that she's white, rich, famous and extremely priveleged :uhh:
