It most likely looks and feels weird to you because the entire setup of that type of wedding ceremony was designed with a man and woman in mind.

So to see a groom walking down the aisle to meet his groom, and throwing a bouquet of flowers back to the other gorls and mess is just not...normal.

Doesn't mean that you're a bad person. I cringe when I see it as well, but don't judge those who really picture this type of wedding as their "dream wedding". Personally I wouldn't do this type of wedding when/if I get married.

No there is nothing wrong with you. The marriage arrangement was historically between a man and a woman and there are a lot of gay and lesbian folks that feel it should stay that way. It looks and feels awkward for some.

Something fun. A big party. Don't want some stuffy, uptight, "traditional" mess to celebrate a union that isn't "traditional" by any means.
