They overshadowed the Anitas and Luthers of yesteryear. R&B, just like pop goes through different trends. Tyrese is not going with them, Weeknd, Frank Ocean and the new ones now shape the sound. R&B has constantly been changing. What they played in the 60's as R&B is massively different from what we envision as R&B.

he is making money from his albums. I'm not giving him a lot

he may not have done anything huge in his career
but in 2015 he's working on an ALBUM to release
he has a release date, and a single on the radio
based on that he is CURRENTLY doing better than Mya
