I work from home a lot now so it's so much easier to ignore annoying coworkers.

The most annoying ones to me are the ones who YEARN to be in leadership so bad that they exhibit the behavior of a leader, while possessing not one quality of a leader. fsffsf

It's kinda sad.

Like, what the hell is wrong with simply playing your position. Long as they don't bring their mess over my way, we're good.

One girl tried it and I got her ass together real quick....in a very professional manner, with nothing but the facts.
Put my pen to god damn WORK so fast it had her head spinning.



I was so close to getting ghetto on her because she really tried it.
But I took a breath, shoved the Southside Queens fag into the closet and used my brain.
Cuz only ONE of those options were gonna leave me with a job once I was done.
Trust me.

That's part of the issue too I think. Everyone wants to be in a leadership position and I'm just tryna play my role. Luckily this ain't my only bag and I can make money on my own. They don't need to know that tho.

If your boss is paying it then I don't see the problem.

Unless their critics are valid I don't see why it would bother you. I don't put energy into my coworkers. If you're not supervisor or asking me job related questions then you will be paid absolute dust.

If it continues then you need to take action, even if that means looping in HR.  But make sure you are doing what you're supposed to be doing,  your work is flawless, and that  you are on time without attendance problems. These types of coworkers are dangerous because they coming at you unfair and sneaky. The spell work will backfire if you are comimg for,them simply because you screwed up and they caught it. Don't put anymore spells on them and keep it professional.
