I feel like there has to be one true religion on this earth that God is using to guide his people but because Satan is the ruler of the world he has use false religion to misguide and deceive people today so that's why many people today feel religion is full of hypocrisy & money making scheme just my opinion.

religion has pros and cons
it can teach great discipline, it can bring togetherness and happiness at times
I love going to church every once in a while. It feels so good to go to church
when there is a pastor like mine who isn't condescending and strict
and singing in choir is so fun and taught me a lot about vocals/harmony etc

And I guess it really doesn't get much flack on here because most of the board are made up of Blacks with a Christian backgrounds, so it makes sense to speak about what they're surrounded with and see personally everyday

Well since Christinaity is the biggest/main religion in the western world, from thousands of incidents, exposures and scandals have stemmed from.
The wars that have been caused because of opposing Christian denominations and factions, people using Christinaity to start conquests on other religions and their land, holy cities ect, it being used to keep blacks enslaved ect
All religions get flack, Christinaity more so because it's more exposed and the most corrupt

It's just scary because I don't want to go to hell for questioning the God that I believe in and the one that's been instilled in my family for years
But on the other end.. It was taught to our ancestors as a sedative to the oppression
