I like this idea
Then log off social media for 30 days. there.

But to completely shut down social media (youtube, twitter, etc) for an extended amount of time is extremely dangerous.

It's about everyone collectively signing off not just individuals..

Gilgamesh.

30 days is excessive :uhh:

I think a 24 hour shut down of IG/Facebook/Twitter would be a good idea, if nothing else just as a social experiment.

yummy

Detoxing and unplugging is needed

Sometimes it's hard to do so for people on their own

And it's a proven study that phones are a leading addiction for people around the world .

I think a good week of no social media would be really cute and create healing more than we realize .

Kaeli.

Sounds stupid and inconvenient

if you cant stay off the mess how's that my fault
