This 'racker pulled a gun on this black family stating that they were on a private lake however the lake isn't private.

Because it was probably really close to the rear of her home and other houses in the area

the part near her place probably had a deck and bridge

but zoning probably made it that ppl had to make reservations so that it wouldn't interrupt the families events or things they might have going on back there
