Bey has classics for sure. They just ain't in the same tier

Whichever point you consider their prime (Beyonce may arguably still be in hers), who do you prefer musically?

I love her, but she doesn't have classic songs in the same way Vision of Love or We Belong Together are heartfelt classics.  Even Fantasy or All I Want for Christmas are lighthearted classics.  The only Bey song on that caliber is... Single Ladies?  Crazy in Love?

Maybe because the industry is different and Bey has chosen to be a visual album artist known for "projects" instead of singles.  Whereas Mariah's #1's alone make a great album because she has classic singles.  On top of better albums than Bey.
