Wow, there's so much truth to this. I just moved to Philly 2 months ago and the landlord shared with me that he had to vacate the apt for 2 weeks so he could fumigate for bed bugs after the tenant picked up a couch she found on the street  :uhh:

Overall I find this city to be dirty and the people here litter without shame. Even in the "nice" areas, it's still dirty.
