But stuff like this just further separates us. It almost comes off as a defense mechanism. Which is totally understandable due to the fact that many of us dark skinned black people have to deal with foolishness on an almost daily basis thru social media, etc.

It's fine to love yourself, but no need to down someone else to get there.
