I MAYBE heard Kelly on the very first line of the 2nd verse but her voice ain't ever been that agile after that

I used to hear Kelly back in the day, not so much now.

Also from a logical standpoint I seriously doubt Beyonce olcouldn't be bothered to re-record that basic 2 second line if Kelly was the one who orginally recorded it.

If it is Kelly my guess is that Beyonce intentionally left her on it  as an Easter egg, so that we'd all still be here speculating about it 15 years after the fact.
