The industry big wigs love any excuse to pay themselves on the back so I think they'll still be important. They'll probably stop televising some of them though: The AMAs, World Music Awards etc

Yea. It's like you can see them online whenever performing recently. Media is way to powerful. That's why I'm believing the Bible more and more by the day.
