I get wanting to keep your dignity. Being in that group dealing with the Knowles Klan would have grated on my nerves as well, but I would've at least stuck it out until the album was released, and then planned a strategic exit.

Especially if she already knew Bey was planning a solo mess. She knew the group was on it's way out. So why not ride it out to her own benefit?
