She can bounce back if she reconnect with Kruical Keys. She only had one underperforming album.

Thats like saying norah n britney have the same audience
I'm not saying they have the same audience but they had similar hype. And actually, Alicia and Norah kind of did have similar audiences. The Grammy audience being both their biggest supporters..

With black women failing to see success with slower songs in the past, now would be a smart hom time for her to come back because they're getting a fair shake with ballads and love songs again. She could've definitely had HER's song best part.

Idk if she cares about being a traditional artist nowadays tho. And she ain't giving me ageless vet teas like others who've been in the game just as long

Bentley. HARRIS!

I never saw Alicia as having a "fall" per se

If you classify Alicia's decrease as a fall, then you'd have to apply it to Bey and Rih too

I just think her focus shifted

Murrah

She wasn't holier than thou, it's just unlike her peers, she was supposed to have integrity. A woman of substance, "Superwoman". She committed a huge crime in the eyes of her core audience.

The same thing would happen if J.Hud or Janelle Monae did that today.

People also wised up that her vocals were lacking.

Her lives performances were a fool and the music wasn't HITTING like it used to. PERIOD.

Boy! You're just saying anything at this point.

Kaeli.

I don't think the Mashonda thing mattered to that many people tbh

i think it was a mixture of

- the music getting shittier upon each release
- her pretentious act in a more love & hip hop/badgalriri type climate
- the decline of R&B in general (she actually lasted quite longer than the other girls)

I think she's a big enough name to make a lite comeback if she put her makeup back on and put out some good shit

L0NZ.

she did get blah after she became affiliated with swizz beats.

Murrah

I also don't think people like Femme Alicia. When she was a sexy stud singing about a "man"  she was in a league of her own.

As usual, she's fucking clueless and just rambling.
