Which is a clean slate credit wise
Once they begin to build it  they will alot more favorable  vs

The black american 50 year old who have stabilized their life and finances
But credit shows a history of struggle and arent demed as credit worthy

Is it fair that a 50 year old gets a clean slate and another doesnt?
