Plenty of parents out there who literally don't give a damn about their kids, and have kids that are "grown" as fuck by the age of 13 and think they're an adult.

There was just no way in the world I was running away at 13 because there was too much attention and "lock down" given to me to even consider it an option...and I was simply being a damn child lol. Playing outside, not worrying about anything and stuff. And obviously you come from a home that makes you confused at the thought of that being an option at such a young age as well....but that's not the same for every child out there. Unfortunately. Some parents legit don't give a fuck, especially when they find out their son wants to be their daughter.

I keep having to remind myself of this, i experienced it first hand with the last guy i dated. I didn't have the best conditions growing up but i was still surrounded by love. And i couldn't wrap my mind around the way he was treated. It affects him severely, damn near cold and evil. Smh
