So I just want to comment on this silly statement, a bit. Here's why that's a good argument luv...Harassment, or any synonym for the word requires the infliction of the act upon the subject. They have to be aware that someone is attacking them. You cannot pester, bother, aggravate, be aggressive with, harass, or BULLY anyone who isn't within ear shot, eye line, or physical reach. You can't irritate someone who is unknowingly being targeted. Are we following? There is someone on Twitter right now dragging "x" celebrity, and unless they are directly tagging said celeb, it's not harassment. This is pretty simple. "They'll never see it" is actually the BEST argument. If they never see it, they were never harassed, making it not the same.
