NYPD cop busted for exposing himself, making advances towards friend's 10-year-old daughter



An NYPD officer accused of exposing himself and making explicit sexual advances toward a friend's 10-year-old daughter was busted Thursday, police said.

Shaun Frazier, 39, was grabbed outside his Brooklyn home about 7 a.m. He allegedly licked the child's underwear and encouraged the child to watch as he pleasured himself.

He was arrested following an NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau investigation and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Prosecutors said they are looking to see if any other criminal charges should be filed against Frazier.
