The show will probably be good tbh. It's just the backdrop and tone that the show is grounded in. Underground was a really great show but I just had no interest to watch the 2nd season...........tho I probably would've at some point.  When I found out it was cancelled, I no longer had reason to

I think you have point about watching these slave/oppression stories in series from. It's sooo draining for me. I haven't watched When they See Us yet for that very reason.

Yes, I still haven't watched that either and I KNOW it's good. Looking at the boy win his Emmy tonight really moved me and made me wanna watch it but I just dont fckn KNOW  :omf:
