Family usually sees the best in their loved ones. So I have to assume that I would initially be in denial when I heard something like this -- unless I had already drawn my own conclusions about them beforehand, which were similar to the accusations that were being thrown at them.

I'd ride for my family and wait to hear and/or see the evidence. But I'd make sure they knew how disappointed I was.

It's fucked up that she has to be dragged into this. But then again it's only getting publicity because of who she is.
