When Normani is off stage there's nothing interesting about her. 

She's pretty 
She has an OK voice and she doesn't do much with it like someone like Janet did with hers, for example.
and she's not consistent musically 

but she can dance and perform tho! 

Shes really just a prettier Tinashe on steroids. 

She was my fav in 5H mostly because she was black and could dance and perform downe but now that she's alone all her (easily fixable) shortcomings are apparent.

even when we look at the dark skin ones like justine and ryan.

ppl with terrible voices (gringa lo, britney, selena G etc.) have made it before.. but at least the music was TOGETHER.
