He is and its well deserved because the album is great.

At the same time, he's getting a lot of streams because he has a 30 plus track album and he just re-released it with 10 additional songs, so it helps. If it was a 12 track album, it wouldnt be performing so well. But kudos to him tho cause he's definitely feeding his fans.
