To sum it up... He said that because Ciara is a seasoned artist who isn't on the up and coming grind like newer artists, that they are selective about what she does and everything they book for her they want to be high impact and deserving of the type of big artist that she is.

He said that Ci has the entire support of the agency behind her from the very top to the bottom. He said that they are constantly closing deals for her across multiple departments, and that there are several things already closed across her business spectrum that the public won't know about until 2020.

He said that her and Russ are in a very good position to grow their business, and it's a very exciting time for her.
