A second attempt was made to detain him that resulted in McCall and the sergeant falling down an escalator, according to police.McCall was booked on five charges, including investigation of four misdemeanors: obstruction of a law enforcement officer, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault.
He also was booked on a felony count of criminal damage to property in the second degree, apparently related to the sergeant's sunglasses that broke during the escalator fall.The Strip rapper had his bond for all five charges set at $9,500.
